RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your Romeo & Succulent products, however, if you change your mind or have any other problem, here are our guidelines on what to do…

Shop Items

Items bought from our shop (plant pots, giftware.. basically anything that doesn’t contain a live plant) can be returned within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all supplied wrap/packaging plus your receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges on any items (unless faulty), nor can we offer free returns – the cost of return postage is your responsibility.

Faulty Items

Any faulty items must be returned to us immediately. Let us know of the problem as soon as possible via phone or email. For breakable items (ceramic plant pots etc) please be sure to check when they are delivered that they are not broken. We are unable to refund items that are broken during transit unless they are confirmed as faulty/broken upon delivery.

Please be sure to send any returns via a signed for or tracked delivery service as we can not be held responsible for any parcels that go missing in the post.

Plants & Flowers

All of our plants and flowers are hand delivered, if you are unhappy with them you must tell us on receipt or contact us within 24 hours. We will then inspect the plant and either replace it or refund it depending on the problem.

Workshops

If you have booked a place on a workshop, or a private event, and are no longer about to make it, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. Tickets can be transferred into a different name, but unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds if you cancel within 30 days of the event.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and processed once the items have been received. We will keep you updated with the progress of your refund by email.
