We hope you love your Romeo & Succulent products, however, if you change your mind or have any other problem, here are our guidelines on what to do…
Items bought from the shop (plant pots, giftware.. basically anything that doesn’t contain a live plant) can be returned within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all supplied wrap/packaging plus your receipt. Unfortunately exchanges are not possible (unless faulty). The cost of return postage is your responsibility for all items, but for faulty items the postage costs will be refunded once the item has been received.
Faulty or Broken Items
Any faulty items must be returned immediately – send over details as soon as possible via email. For breakable items (ceramic plant pots etc) please be sure to check when they are delivered that they are not broken. Items that are broken during transit must be noted/confirmed as faulty/broken upon delivery and photos of the packaging / broken item should be taken and sent to email@example.com.

Please be sure to send any returns via a signed for or tracked delivery service as R&S can not be held responsible for any parcels that go missing in the post.
Due to the perishable nature of plants, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there is a problem with your plant, for example if it arrives damaged or in poor condition, please take photos and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. Once received, the issue will be resolved either via a refund, a new plant being sent as a replacement or plant care advice. All plants are unique, and some can look different to the website images, can be of varying sizes and some cope well with being transported whilst others don’t. Advice will always be given to try and keep your plant happy after being in transit.
All of our flowers are hand delivered, if you are unhappy with them you must tell us on receipt or contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS if they have been sent as a gift. Please provide photos of any damage or issue, the flower will then be inspected and either replaced or refunded depending on the problem.
If you have booked a place on a workshop, or a private event, and are no longer about to make it, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss your options. Tickets can be transferred into a different name, but unfortunately refunds are not possible if you cancel within 30 days of the event. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and processed once the items have been received. We will keep you updated with the progress of your refund by email.
