DELIVERY & GIFT WRAPPING
We offer a selection of delivery methods and gift wrapping options for each item we sell. Rest assured, regardless of if you are purchasing a plant, a bouquet or a gift, all of our packaging materials are eco-friendly and plastic-free. If you are unable to find your preferred method of delivery, please contact us and we can help organise what you need.
We post items in our shop such as house plants, pots and other giftware all over the UK. Everything is sent through the Royal Mail first class tracked service to be sure all items arrive safely.
UK Postage
We generally use the Royal Mail first class parcel tracked service for smaller items and other carriers such as Parcelforce for larger packages. Standard delivery cost for one item is £3.85, with an extra 25p per extra item being added to the postage cost.
International Postage
Currently we do not ship abroad – but please do get in touch if you would like to organise a special order outside of the UK.
We try extremely hard to keep Romeo & Succulent as eco-friendly as possible and our packaging is no different. We only use;
- acid-free tissue paper which is recycled and recyclable
- recycled cardboard boxes which are also recyclable
- compostable bags for loose items
- paper packing tape which is recyclable
- leaflets and stickers which are printed on recycled paper
We hand deliver many of our plant and flower items for free in and around Norwich using our very own vehicle from Monday to Saturday between 6am and 8pm. Sundays on request. Currently, fresh flower bouquets are only available for hand delivery. We will happily travel further for a small fee if you are looking for your items to be specially hand delivered – just get in touch!

Bouquets
All of our flower bouquets are hand delivered and come wrapped in a selection of eco-friendly materials such twine, acid-free tissue paper, recycled craft paper, a cardboard box, glass vases and are finished with a material ribbon. A card is included, please let us know the message you would like written to your recipient – no matter how soppy!
Plants & Gifts
If you are sending any of our shop items such as plants or plant pots as a gift, we offer a gift message service – just let us know what you would like written in with your gift by using the ‘message’ box at checkout.
